No output signal on Pin 18(0-10v), lead to no laser beam put out;

3. The main problem with the scan head of galvo

The square marked to echelon or diamond;
The square distorted to pillow or bucket

4. The solution to distortion problem

Distortion to pillow or barrel is an immanence phenomena of galvo marking. It is settled by the method of the scan of galvo. The solution is signal emendation to distortion.
Two emendation to distortion: a. Emendation to hardware, but less usage . b. Emendation to software, usual usage.
Emendation to hardware: Change the voltage value of the output analog signal of D/A Card by a emendation module under some regulation, then transmit the signal to galvo.
Emendation to software: The marking software has emendation function, during the marking process, dispose the digital signals under some method, and then transmit the signal to galvo.

5. The marked line is broken line:

The signal lines are connected well or not, the weld port is weak or not;
The connect line between the driver of galvo and electricity motor is well or not;
The position of D/A Card insert the electricity motor is right or not;
AD7237 works normally or not.

6. The adjustment to the expand mirror:

The requirement for the adjustment to the expand mirror: The incidence beam should on the centre of the expand mirror;
The adjustment to the expand mirror is directly affect to the effect of the marking.
a. The power of laser decline;
b. The intension of laser is asymmetry within the working area;
c. The design centre of the PC software is departure the physics centre of the galvo

7. The notice to transfer PLT in PROLASE

a.Pay attention to the setting of the printer when transfer DWG to PLT.
b.The picture dimension should be modulated again after adjustment;
c.The fixed scale should be used in amplifying or deflating
