Working Principle
The working principle of fiber laser cutting machine is to dope the pumping substance into the fiber, coupled with a specific wavelength of laser light from the semiconductor laser, so that the fiber produces laser light and focuses on the surface of the workpiece. Laser beam on the workpiece by the spot irradiation area of local instantaneous melting and gasification, through the computer-controlled CNC mechanical system to move the spot irradiation position and realize automatic punching and cutting. The main components
Machine tool host: including bed, table, beam, Z-axis system, gas control system, protective shell, safety system, electronic control system, transmission system and so on. The machine tool host is the actuator of the cutting operation, driving the crossbeam and controlling the movement of Z-axis through servo motors, and completing the cutting operation on the table according to the program instructions.
Fiber laser: Fiber laser is the core component of laser cutting machine, which uses rare earth element doped glass fiber as the gain medium to form high power density laser output under the action of pump light. Fiber laser has the advantages of high photoelectric conversion efficiency, long service life and low maintenance cost.
Laser cutting head: The laser cutting head is a laser output device, which is composed of servo motor and transmission parts such as screw or gear. It travels according to the set cutting trajectory and automatically adjusts the focus position according to different materials, different thicknesses and different cutting methods.
Servo motor: Servo motor mainly controls the operation of mechanical components and converts the control signal into speed and position to drive the cutting object. High-quality servo motors can ensure cutting accuracy, positioning speed and repeat positioning accuracy.
